This is a scam, i bought a projector and never received it. Emailed over 20 times and all theu said they couldn't do anything about it.

It's a scam website. They'll ship a garbage bag so you have something fake to track.
I order one in September 29 and still not received. I contacted them mid October they said in a few days. I contacted today they said the same. I ask for refund since it will not be here by holloween. They said in transit and could not. Yet they say money back guarantee. They lie it's still in china. And I told the. I want my money back again this is a joke my kids will be so disappointed. They seem not to care
I will be really honest, I also thought I had been scammed but it turned up on the morning of Halloween. The projector is quite good with decent pictures, you can wire up a speaker via the audio jack (no cable provided). You have to manually toggle between scenes but then it will just play over and over again.
This is 100% a scam. These people have walked away with hundreds of thousands of dollars and never shipped anything. I have requested my money back 10 times and they will not. I also get form letter responses that are completely disrespectful. Need a way to find these scammers. I am reporting to the police.
Scam!!!! I finally received a damaged projector - a month after Halloween. It’s not able to be used- I took photos and sent them to them to be told the product was on clearance so no refunds can be issued - they supplied a link to the page - which leads nowhere... don’t waste your money!!!
DO NOT BUY....SCAM!!!! They send you a link with phoney tracking info. The tracking info only gets "updated" after you email them. Phoney tracking website too. I have my credit card company involved also!!
