I ordered a floating pool chair/raft that was supposed to be propelled with a small prop/ motor.
Received a 12.00 cheap float chair, walmart special. It took several weeks if not months to receive it, I'm sure so it's too late to cancel any cc transactions.

I agree 100% this store/merchant is not to be trusted. Please get the word out to as many people as possible. I ordered a motorized Inflatable Swimming Pool Lounger for $80. When the package arrived it was a $20 float for a swimming pool. I contacted them about receiving the wrong product. I was told this was not their fault but the fault of their warehouse. I was also told they no longer had the product and sorry for the inconvenience. When I reached back to ask how they were going to fix the problem. I was told they would offer me $25 for my trouble or I could send it back to China at my expense. I replied with I am willing to even take $50 and call it even, the reply was no send the product back and that would be my only choice to get any of my $80 back. I was so shocked I could not believe it. Please warn everyone possible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIZHIDE E-COMMERCE OR FROM MARS 196!!! They "bait & switched" me. I paid $140 for 2 items and they sent me items worth about $30. They said my item was out of stock so they sent me a "substitute" which was the equivalent of me ordering a BMW but getting roller skates instead. Even though they did not send me what I ordered, they will not give a refund unless I send the items back to them which, of course, is so expensive that it's not worth it so I ended up taking the crappy partial refund they offered just to get something back and be done with it.
This is a big big scam.....order the baby sharks....that are supposed to move and giggle. What I got are 4 plastic sharks....for $83.79..... I’m not paying called my credit card we have a dispute going

100% Garbage. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE. They are liars. The advertise one thing and send you dollar store crap that cannot be returned. When I wrote them and requested to return my item which was a crappy plastic shark that in no way was what I ordered they explained that they made a fake video. So they are advertising products that do not exist. They offered to refund $4 if I gave them my personal information to send it to. I am not crazy to give this information to these people. In addition, it is shameful that PayPal is not researching who they do business with. They are facilitating these scams and should hold themselves to a higher standard by researching these companies better.

After watching the cute video, (and being told, AFTER IT ARRIVED, the shark video was computer generated, not how the toy worked), I bought the toy shark for my 16 year old granddaughter for a Christmas gift---she is obsessed with sharks! I even told her, she was the first one on my list for Christmas 2020, that had a present coming! Then, this crumpled small box, like the size of a medium size tea box, had a plastic, hard, not even realistic looking, shark in the package. What??!!! I rewatched the video, thinking the company sent me the wrong thing----no, someone from this joke of a company emailed and said basically---you got what you ordered, and it would cost you almost the whole amount you paid to return it, so just live with it!!!

Bought a talking/animated pumpkins, what received were three cheap a** pumpkins with faces on them and a light inside and all three were shipped in a plastic bag, I guess you know that all of them were smashed and unable to even think about using. The guy responds offering me a $9 refund, WTF, you've got to be kidding . But I can get a $9 refund and keep the merchandise. The merchandise is garbage, so NO!
Such a SCAM, yes I have shamefully been hooked into this scam. In England, Facebook has banned us from selling legit horses on our Facebook page. How come they're inviting these scum people from ripping us all off.

I totally agree 100%. I ordered a rechargeable mini wood chainsaw and what I got , after sending numerous emails, was similar to a penknife about 8 inches. It was more like a toy and very flimsy.
I would not recommend this site in any way after my experience. Hopefully I will be able to get some satisfaction from PayPal.
When I got back to them complaining that I didn’t order a handsaw they said that their chainsaws cost $105 eventhough they were advertising the chainsaw for 50% off pre Christmas sale. I have proof from my receipt that I bought a chainsaw. They first offered me $8 partial payment but if I wanted to return it for a full refund I would have to pay $10 postage. When I refused that I got an email this morning offering me $12. These are scammers and should be outed as soon as possible.
