I orderd from Misk Sola and i didn’t get a tracking number. I contacted tjem and ni reply. On my bank statement it seems that the charge was made by chinese account.
How do I report this scam?
I ordered from them, I received an item that had a stain on it. When I requested to return it, I was offered $5 dollars as a refunded to enable me to clean the item myself. I continued to ask for the return address as I refused to clean an item that was supposed to be brand new. Again I received an offer of a few more dollars. Up to now it has not been resolved! I still have a stained item, also the tracksuit does not look exactly like the picture. Now the emails are not going through to them, not sure what’s happened.
