Don’t spend money here – it is a scam. No product was ever shipped. Money lost.
Complete scam! Report losses to your credit card company and PayPal!
Wished I had read info before ordering 2020 ornament. Funkystep is a scam. Credit card charged under the name Meteor Co. Ltd. Never received ornaments. Tried to research and all the websites give run around. Out $26.98, costly lesson learned. Thank you for your information.
Christmas Ornaments! For 10 in my family! $70 lost! This is so low. Definitely splashing this all over FB. :{
Received product but it was a piece of c.r.a.p. Paid 20 for what I thought was nice porcelain ornament . Got a so flimsy i thought it would break piece of garbage I am embarrassed to give to recipient. Wish I could get money back – horrible took 2 emails and a month to ship . DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I ordered an christmas ornament on 11/2 and it is STILL not here. I’ve email the company several times and they always say it’s shipped and due to covid there are delays. Yes still nothing and their tracking info link goes to an error page. Don’t order from this company.
I purchased 20 ornaments and after reading the above comments, felt sick and disappointed that I had foolishly lost $129. Cautiously, I sent an email to Funkystep’s support asking about my order from nearly a month ago. The sent me a link supposedly to track my order. With all the comments about this online store being a scam, I wasn’t about to use the link. I was prepared to contact both PayPal and Washington State Attorney General about the situation.
Lo and behold, two days ago, I received all 20 ornaments (unbroken) via USPS. I was SO relieved. I don’t know about Funkystep, but they came through with my order, so perhaps they are a small company that takes longer than normal to fulfill orders. Lesson learned — don’t use vendors that you don’t know unless you research their validity.
I ordered the 2020 Annual Events Christmas Ornament. Once the product was received, the quality was nowhere near the level of quality that was pictured on their website. The image on the ornament is faded and very blurry. Went back and forth with them several times via email. They refused my return request despite what’s stated in their return policy. Complete frauds!
Ordered Christmas ornaments early November, after 3 wks and contacting the company twice was finally got a tracking number for China based delivery company. Never could get it to work. Finally did receive the product just before Christmas (too late for what I wanted them for) and they were of very poor quality. (I did order almost the same thing thru Amazon — received in less than 3 wks and much better quality). Would not refund since they said was delivered.
I ordered 5 ornaments at $12.99 the discounted by 20% for buying 5. That would bring the price to $51.96, I was charged $199.95. I am disputing it with Capital One, and the company sends them information that I never received. I never got a purchase confirmation or an invoice. Capital One is going to honor the charge! When I contacted the Funky step they said that they run different offers at different times and I must have just missed it! Don’t order anything from this company and think twice about Capital One!
