Unfortunately I don't feel my experience with Creape Club, first my order history is not accurate, shipping has had issues: order not delivered as stated it is.,next order no shipment info and noproduct has come. I texted messaged several times no response. I call the number listed no answer! I am now working on it as a scam 😠😡😒😡😡
Same as above. First order never received. After I threaten to file fraud charges they supposedly resend product, It still doesn't come when i ask for what carrier and I'll call carrier myself the "tracking number " they provided the site just goes to unreachable and the phone number listed is no longer in service. Address listed is to another company. This site is a scam to steal your money. RUN!!!!
I order off creape and believe that they were out of michigan usa found out foreign company they sent face mask instead of the electric motor then they wanted me to pay for their mistake then finally they said they give me a full refund on 4 months later I am still trying to get back my money if any one wants to see all of emails that I have with this company I will share them I would not buy from this company
Still no refund been 5 months since they screwed up my order then they wanted me to pay for it but they then promise a full refund without me paying to return thier mistake which was 3 months ago now it's 5 months totally I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I have texts saved to show this they were to busy with order fill was 1 excuse the next 1 they came up with they were on vacation for a week
Please do your self a favor do not order from this company they treat customer has a criminal when they screw up your order then want you to pay for thier mistake and when you finally get them to agree to refund your money they give you run around and then they take and block your email to the company
